A small, technical team where your work is visible end-to-end — design, documentation, peer review, site monitoring. We work across residential, commercial, industrial and seismic strengthening projects, primarily across Hawke's Bay and the wider North Island.
What we look for
- BE Civil/Structural — graduate or experienced
- NZ Building Code familiarity (NZS 1170, NZS 3101, NZS 3404, NZS 3603)
- Comfort with ETABS, SAP2000, ROBOT, TEDDS
- Clear documentation and communication skills
Drafting / BIM
- Revit and AutoCAD proficiency
- Experience producing structural detail drawings
